- To fulfill their dreams by setting goals and accomplishing them.
- To give teachers a supporting tool that fosters initiative and focus.
- To make available to all students and teachers an award program that rewards children solely on the quality of their efforts.
- To make the entire 'package' self-sufficient, without fees from children, their parents or teachers.
- To model and encourage constructive effort toward achieving these goals.
- To show the value in asking for help when needed.
